Maddy and Juan chose to skip getting ready coverage, so I arrived just before the ceremony, and what an entrance it was. Walking through the dramatic iron gates of The Havens Country Club immediately set the tone for the day. The venue itself feels tucked away and transportive, with lush trees, fountains, and winding pathways that create an almost fairytale-like atmosphere.
A Fairytale Ceremony Setting
The ceremony space was surrounded by greenery and anchored by a beautiful trellis, creating a romantic focal point for Maddy and Juan to exchange vows. Maddy truly looked the part of a modern-day princess, adorned in diamond jewelry, a delicate headband and veil combination, and soft pink elements woven throughout her bridal style. A Royal Ballroom Reception
The celebration continued inside the venue’s grand ballroom, which carried the same regal energy as the rest of the property.
One of the standout design elements was the sweetheart table placed in front of a dramatic fireplace, a feature that truly looked like it belonged in a castle. It created a stunning focal point for the reception and added to the overall elevated feel of the space.
