Tower Beach Club Wedding Photography: Maxime & Sean’s Laid-Back San Diego Beach Wedding

If you’re dreaming of a relaxed, coastal wedding with incredible views and a fun, personal vibe, Maxime and Sean’s celebration at Tower Beach Club is the perfect inspiration.

Their day was everything a San Diego beach wedding should be: easygoing, scenic, and full of meaningful moments. With the bay as their backdrop and a focus on connection over formality, it was a beautiful reminder that you don’t need over-the-top decor to create something unforgettable.

A First Look by the Water

Maxime and Sean chose to start their day with a first look right by the bay, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting.

With the San Diego skyline in the background, the moment felt both intimate and expansive at the same time. The calm water, soft light, and quiet energy before guests arrived created space for them to really take in the day together.

A Waterfront Ceremony Lined with Palm Trees

Their ceremony took place just steps from the water at Tower Beach Club, framed by palm trees and views of the bay.

Live guitar music played as guests arrived and throughout the ceremony, adding a relaxed, coastal feel that perfectly matched the setting. Between the gentle breeze, the sound of the water, and the music, the entire moment felt peaceful and intentional.

It’s hard to beat a ceremony with a view like this open, airy, and unmistakably San Diego.

Tropical-Inspired Portraits Around the Property

After the ceremony, we explored the property for portraits, leaning into the tropical, beachy feel of the venue.

From palm-lined pathways to waterfront views, every spot offered a different perspective while still keeping that cohesive coastal aesthetic. These photos captured the laid-back energy of the day: natural, effortless, and full of personality.

Cocktail Hour & Dinner by the Bay

One of the standout features of Tower Beach Club is how seamlessly everything flows along the water.

Maxime and Sean hosted their cocktail hour and dinner outdoors, allowing guests to fully enjoy the bay views throughout the evening. It created a continuous experience where no one felt disconnected from the setting.

The indoor space was reserved for the bar and dancing, which gave the reception a perfect balance—open-air relaxation paired with a lively party atmosphere once the night picked up.

Sunset, Fireworks & a Packed Dance Floor

As the evening unfolded, the sky delivered one of those unforgettable San Diego sunsets, casting warm tones across the water and creating the perfect backdrop for the next part of the celebration.

But the night didn’t stop there. Guests were treated to fireworks over the bay, adding an unexpected and exciting highlight to an already incredible day.

Inside, the dance floor quickly filled, and the energy stayed high all night. One of the most fun moments? The couple’s take on the shoe game, which had everyone laughing and fully engaged.
